Law Office is a Counseling Division to all Branches of Secretariat on Lawful matters. It examines draft Requests, notices, rules, bye laws, regulations, Reminder of Understandings (both Statutory and Non-Statutory) Standards, Guidelines and Drafts, Drafting work identifying with the Enactment of Draft Bills and Mandates in Authoritative matters. It controls the Telangana Advocates' Welfare Store furthermore the Telangana Advocates' Agents Welfare Reserve and the Administration Pleaders and Right hand Government Pleaders in every one of the Courts of Telangana furthermore Standing Direction.
